Our deceased loved one Janet had talked about what she did not want for a funeral, but not specifically about what she what she didn't want. In addition, our brother died shortly after Janet and he wanted a traditional funeral. It was challenging to address both their wishes. Our director John Morris balanced information,organization, suggestions and partcipation with patiently standing aside to allow our ideas to develop. Family & friends expressed gratitude that the funeral honored the person Janet was.

My father died on Christmas morning and although anyone would much rather spend their Christmas with their families they did not hesitate to take my father to a restful setting. Funeral arrangements were quick and easy. Although I do hope I will not have to use them any time soon I will be using them if needed in the future.
